I founded Vantage Solutions more than twenty years ago, and I’ve worked as a consultant across the people side of business for that entire time. The work has spanned the spectrum — from larger businesses where the org charts have many layers and the people decisions get made in conference rooms with stakes attached, to founder-led businesses figuring out how to build their first leadership team. The skill set I built in larger environments is the one I bring to the founder community now.

 

For the last three years, that work has concentrated on PE-backed, investor-backed, and high-growth companies operating on a three-year deal thesis — where ROI in and out has to be earned through real organizational alignment.
